Draft Class Logic fixed 95%
-Is impossible to fix it all but you will see a more acurate draft for example: Ben McLemore, Marcus Smart, Otto Porter, Nerlens Noel, Trey Burke, Anthony Bennett,Cody Zeller,Shabazz Muhammad are always top 10 picks... but Alex Len and Victor Oladipo are strange... sometimes Alex Len is a top 5 pick other times he can be drafted in the lottery or between 13 and 17 picks, Victor Oladipo is always drafted between 6 and 14 picks never less or more than that..
-CPU will never take Shabazz Muhammad before Taking Otto Porter and he is always taken 1 or 2 picks after the same is applied to Marcus Smart & Trey Burke and Mason Plumlee & Kelly Olynyk...
-The player who have tendencies to be draft surprisingly in the top 10 are Glenn Robinson III, C.J. McCollum and Mason Plumlee but when this happens only one or two of them go in the top 10.
-I realized that Shabazz Muhammad,Victor Oladipo,Cody Zeller are never drafted in the 1st overall pick. at most Shabazz Muhammad can be draft in the 2nd pick if CPU picks Otto Porter as the 1st overall pick.
Some Formulas That i used to do the draft class:
NBA 2K13 3pt Rating Formula
-->(3pts made per game)+Season 3pt%= Rating
-->(0.1 to 0.2)15+Season 3pt%= Rating
-->(0.3 to 1.1)35+Season 3pt%= Rating
-->(1.2 to 1.7)37+Season3pt%= Rating
-->(1.8 to 2.4)39+Season 3pt%= Rating
-->(2.5 & up)41+Season 3pt%= Rating
-->95-99=Lock for Hall of Fame
-->85-95=Perennial All Star/Hall of Fame
-->75-85=Potential All Star
from 2000 to 2009 the nba AVG 4 all stars per draft... and this is a weak draft class only 3 players will have the all star potential.
but the 2014 will be stronger and is compared to the legendary draft class's that had multiple players with HOF potential out of college like:
1987-David Robinson, Scottie Pippen, Reggie Miller...
1996-Allen Iverson, Marcus Camby, Stephon Marbury, Ray Allen, Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash...
2003-Lebron James,Carmelo Anthony,Chris Bosh,Dwyane Wade..
-->72-75=Top 5 draft pick
-->62-66=Mid Late 1st
-->C or C+ = Top 5 picks
-->C or C-= Lottery Picks
-->C- = Mid Late 1st
-->D+= 2nd Round
-->75-85=Performs rating at perennial all-star level
-->65-75=Performs rating at potential all-star level
-->55-65=Performs rating at level of starter
-->45-55=Performs rating at level of role player
-->35-45=Performs rating at level of bench player
-->26-35=Performs rating at level of D-League player
-->25=You never want this player to attempt this
