To find your main game folder;
If you have the Steam version of the game you can find your main NBA 2K12 folder here;C:Program FilesSteamsteamappscommonnba 2k12
The default DVD version of the game installs to;C:Program Files2K SportsNBA 2K12
If you have another version of NBA 2K12 you should right click your desktop shortcut, click properties, and then click "Open File Location" to find your installation.
