NBA 2K12 Complete Roster Update 01.01

Updated all the team's roster based on their official roster.
Updated starting line-ups and rotations as of 01/01.
Players that are injured or inactive have 0 minutes in the rotation.
Corrected the jersey number of some players.
CORRECTED THE SALARY OF ALL THE PLAYERS OF EASTERN CONFERECE TEAMS.

Note:

Injuries are not applied in the roster. I will update it as soon as REditor will be released.
Some contracts and rotations are incorrect, i will correct them in the next updates.
FOR THOSE WHO ARE REQUESTING TO ADD J.R. SMITH,WILSON CHANDLER AND KENYON MARTIN INTO THE ROSTER, I CANNOT ADD THEM ANYMORE.
I ALSO EDITED SOME RATINGS OF PLAYERS ESPECIALLY THE ROOKIES. I TRIED TO BALANCE THEM, WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Could you please edit the latest update of D. Rose shoes? He is wearing his D. Rose 2 shoes and the Ankle braces. I don't think the Ankle braces add-on here was not working so please update not only D. Rose shoes but also to other players shoes.
