FIBA 2K12 London Olympic USA Team Mod Patches

This adds Team USA 2012 to NBA 2K12.
Problems on the jersey are fixed, and the numbers and names that is the closest I can get (but if you can give me the right font for the number and names i will update it)
NOTE: Do not just extract all the iff files to your NBA 2k12 it will replace NUGGETS Files. You must be using FIBA 2K12 to just paste it.
